Golf Vacation Schools

Author: Jimmy Sturo

Wouldnt it be nice learn how to play golf while youre on vacation? No disturbing phone calls from clients and business associates, no business appointments to bother you, no stress, no worries just you and the golf course.

Golf vacation schools give you the perfect opportunity to work on your swing while taking a break from work. You can enjoy your grand golf vacation either with friends or family members who are also interested in the sport.

Finding the perfect golf vacation school is no hard task. The popularity of learning golf and the establishment of golf schools in various places have made access to this fine sport easy and worry-free. Wherever you want to spend your vacation, there is surely a nearby golf vacation school for you and your travel companions. Below are some things that you can expect.

Inclusions. Most golf vacation schools include deluxe accommodations and breakfast and dinner meals in their packages. You will typically also have access to facilities such as a fitness gym, tennis courts, and beach clubs (depending on the weather).

Costs. Prices tend to be high during peak golf seasons, specifically during spring and fall. Prices dip during winter. If you are not a very serious student and just want to learn the basics, expect to pay about $300 to $400 for one round of golf a day (this already includes use of cart, a sleeve of golf balls, practice range, and club storage). If you want to perfect your swing, though, then opt for unlimited packages. You can golf as much as you like for about $600 to $700 a day.

Call ahead to make your reservations. Most golf schools give discounts to early birds. There are also special discount packages for big groups and even to honeymooners. Some travel agents can provide you with the best deals.
